Technology Should Be An Enabler, Not An Inhibitor

In this 21st century I'm constantly amazed at how few folks adhere to this. There are some simple tenets to adhere to:

• Make your site easy to use


• Make it intuitive


• Make the navigation logical


• Have calls to action and /or a feedback channel


• Make sure it's up to date


• Ensure it's legal


• Ensure it downloads like a rocket


• Ensure it works on your target markets' browsers
